    I have been blessed to have served as a police officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office going on 24 years. I have been an FOP member for that time as well, with 12 of those years having been a trustee for the FOP. I was honored to have been nominated to serve another term for trustee.

    Greetings FOP Brothers and Sisters! Last week during our monthly membership meeting, I was both honored and humbled to again have been nominated for one of the three Board of Trustee positions at FOP Consolidated Lodge 5-30.  While I have served in that post for the last four years and we have accomplished some, I know that we still have so much more work to do.

    Scott Watzlawick - Board of Trustees Scott is a twenty-nine year veteran of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.  During his rewarding career he has worked in Patrol in various capacities which include the Zone 1 Task Force, Police Bike Unit, and Beach Patrol at Hanna Park.  He has also served in the K-9 Unit and  Traffic Special Enforcement.

    Beau Bottin is a 14 year veteran of JSO, and is currently assigned as a Lieutenant in Zone 4. He is currently in his first term on the FOP Board of Directors. In only his first term, he has been active on the Lodge 05-30 Contract Committee, Political Action Committee, and Legal Committee. In addition, he has been named to the Florida State Lodge Legislative Committee.

    I am Cristopher Keith, and I am running for a position on the F.O.P. Lodge 5-30, Board of Directors. I have been an active member of the F.O.P. since my employment in 2006. During this time, I have juggled raising a family, graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Criminology, and earned the rank of Lieutenant.

    Mark “Mucho” Muchowicz.   Mark started with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office as a Police Explorer in 1977.  After graduating from Jacksonville University, Mark left the Sheriff’s Office in 1985 to be a Marine Corps Officer.  After leaving the Marines, he became a federal agent with the Border Patrol.  Mark returned to J.S.O.

    Joe Quinn began serving the City of Jacksonville in 1981.  He started his career as a corrections officer at the Duval County jail.  In 1983, Joe attended the police academy and was assigned to patrol.  That same year he became an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police.   In 1985 he ran for an elected position within the FOP.

    My name is Jonathan Snell and I am running for FOP 5-30 Board of directors. I have been employed with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office for nine years and have been a member of the FOP for nine years. I currently serve on the Corrections contract negotiation team and volunteer at FOP events. I have approximately 15-20 left before my career with JSO is completed.

    Karen B. Swain graduated from the Northeast Florida Criminal Justice Training Center and became a member of FOP Lodge 5-30 in 2009.  She has an A.S. Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Florida State University and University of Phoenix.

    Re-Elect Adraine L. Head  Board of Directors Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5-30   I am Adraine L. Head and I currently hold one of the positions on The Board of Director’s and would greatly appreciate your vote again. I retired in 2016 as a Sergeant from the Department of Corrections with Jacksonville Sheriff Office after 20 plus years of employment.
