Hall Rental, 5530 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32207

We require a $500.00 deposit to hold your date. (you get the deposit back after your event as long as the room is left the way you received it.)

Small Hall- holds up to 100 people

Non-members: $500.00 per night. (tables and chairs NOT included)

FOP members: $250.00 per night (tables and chairs NOT included)

Large Hall- holds up to 240 people

Non-members: $1,500.00 per night. (tables and chairs NOT included)

FOP members: $600.00 per night (tables and chairs NOT included)

A staff representative is required on site from the time doors open until doors close and building is secured.  The fee is $25.00 per hour.

If you would like to use the kitchen for prep, it is 50.00 or the whole kitchen is 100.00 (use of stove & oven)

Tables and chair rental: (they are NOT included in the rental price listed above)

$5.00 per table

$0.25 per chair

**Outside catering is allowed** 

**We NO LONGER allow ALCOHOL in the building for events**

You can NOT AFFIX objects onto the walls, doors, poles or any surface with tape, pins or tacks. (you may use mounting putty)

NO foil confetti is allowed on the premises.

NO smoking in the building

Do not allow guests to take food or drinks into the lobby area.

YOU are responsible for your guests' actions at all times.

PLEASE point out anything broken or damaged to staff prior to event to relieve your responsibility.
